Paramus chiropractor-patient benefits are plentiful and especially apparent to episodic migraine sufferers.

BENEFITS OF THE CHIROPRACTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP:

Paramus Migraine Sufferers Know

A new study of women with episodic migraine treated with comprehensive chiropractic care underscores the benefits of the chiropractor-patient relationship for positive clinical outcomes. The women (a) stated that they were more informed of how musculoskeletal pain, tension and posture elicited migraine, (b) altered their idea of chiropractic as just spinal manipulation, and (c) found the chiropractor/patient relationship to be indispensable and appreciated in managing their migraines successfully. (1) That is chiropractic’s forte! Chiropractors like yours at Paramus Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center take the time to clearly describe the painful condition to our patients. We want to be sure our Paramus chiropractic patients know what’s going on to boost their participation in its alleviating care. The best clinical outcomes come from an open partnership of in-office care and at-home care, of chiropractor treatment and communication skill and patient participation and cooperation. Whether migraines are your issue or back pain or neck pain or arm pain or sciatic leg pain is, we at Paramus Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center are your healthcare partner to manage the pain.

Paramus hip fracture risk is reduced by multivitamin supplementation.

Paramus CHIROPRACTIC TIP OF THE MONTH:
Take a Multivitamin to Reduce Fragility Hip Fracture

Hip fractures are a severe issue for healthcare systems and their patients globally. A meta-analysis of over 80,000 subjects – 21% male, average age 69 years of age – stated that multivitamin use was significantly linked with lower risk of suffering a fragility hip fracture. Multivitamin use was significantly protective against osteoporotic hip fracture. (2) This is positive news for Paramus chiropractic patients worried about hip fracture because they are likely already taking a simple multivitamin instead of taking a lot of single ones. Reducing Paramus hip fracture risk may result from supplementing with a multivitamin daily!
